Saint's

When you walk into a coffee shop, almost always the first thing that hits you is the coffee aroma in the air. Even if you don't drink coffee it is an inviting aroma. Saints is set up with a large front window with a good view of the street outside, and pedestrians passing by on the side walk. This ample view allows for an open view, that gives customers a sense of space. To contrast this there are small tables with limited numbers of chairs and space inside. The tables are considerably high though, which allows customers an ample view of other patrons.
The service area itself reminds me of a old saloon bar. Considering the name, saints, and the symbol they could be trying to replicate an atmosphere similar to an old Midwestern bar. This is only my opinion as obviously I am not a true coffee house critic. But the atmosphere is inviting and it is a place were many people can happily enjoy there coffee. Saints seems like a nice establishment, and if I were a coffee drinker I would happily enjoy a cup or two here.
